Weight Loss Progress
Let me start by saying I know have been MIA. Sigh, I know its been terrible. I worked out last week tuesday and then not again until this morning when I went for a jog before work. I have been slacking extremely. So far June has made me its bitch. Lol. But seriously I need to stay motivated and keep up with my progress. Im planning on jogging in the mornings this week and doing maybe 30mins or so of cardio in the evenings when I get home.
I have lost some weight however since my last post. I’m currently at 173lbs. Which means I have lost a total of ten pounds since I’ve started working out which is good.
I’m hoping to be down to about 170 by the weekend or Monday, we’ll see.
Trying my best to keep motivated and stop being so lazy.

Oh Gosh I know the feeling
I tried to jump rope today. It was tragic. I need to tape down these Melons… lol
i stay havin to double up on the sports bra, over a regular bra, just to work out. #thegirlsbewhylin
